– Interior Painting
Our service includes two coats of paint on all surfaces. Minor patching (i.e., small holes and small cracks) and caulking are included as part of our service. We then usually start by rolling the ceilings, we then roll walls without the cuts in order to complete the trim (baseboards, window frames and doors), and then finish by doing the cuts on the walls. Easy!
If the customer wants an accent color, we don’t charge any extra for that.

Greetings and Walkthrough
No project gets started without a proper hello! We want to have the customer check in with the team all the areas that will get painted. If you’re not present, no problem! The crew always has the listof rooms that will get done as well as the colors for each space.
Protect Furniture
We know how valuable things are for our customers. Whether an item in your place has a monetary or sentimental value, we always take great care of your belongings. Usually the customer takes care of the small items, we move heavy furniture to the center and cover it with plastic.
Prepare Surface
Our work only includes minor patching (nail holes and small cracks) and caulking. We want to focus on what we do best: painting! Let’s leave the more complex work to other experts.
Paint!
Down to what we love doing! Our service includes two coats of paint on all surfaces. We usually start with ceilings, roll walls without the cuts in order to complete the trim, and then finish by doing the cuts on the walls. Easy!
Cleanup
Nobody likes messy guests! Cleaning up properly is as important as painting. We want to make sure your house is left sparkling clean, so you can invite us back whenever you have another project in mind!
Final Walkthrough
At Dambrak, we don’t sell perfection! We believe that the customer is another member of the team as much as the crew. With you, we share a mutual interest of doing a great job. Besides our final walkthrough, we like walking with the customer if possible to ensure everything is perfect.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many coats are included in your work?
All our jobs include two coats of paint on all surfaces. If there’s need for priming before painting, we’ll make sure to let you know during the estimate and charge you accordingly. Any additional coat once the job gets started is charged at a $1.0 per sq/ft rate, $178 minimum per room (shown in the contract).
How do you take care of furniture?
We make sure to put all large furniture to the center. We then cover it in plastic to make sure that no debris or paint falls on it. No gallons of paint or materials are placed over the covered furniture. Any small items or frames on the walls are responsibility of the customer prior to the painters’ arrival.
What warranties do you offer on the project?
We offer a one-year warranty in all of our projects. This will be clearly stipulated in the contract.
