Before painting, we orient the customer in color selection. We are also partnered with Sherwin Williams to offer the best paint product in the market for cabinets—Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel:
Once we are ready to get started, we make sure to professionally cover all surfaces that will not get painted. We then move on to applying as many coats of paint as necessary to deliver the very best job–at no extra cost for you!. Every step of the way is important for us. We make your project our own.

Greetings and Walkthrough
No project gets started without a proper hello! We want to have the customer check in with the team all the areas that will get painted. If you’re not present, no problem! The crew always has the list of what will get done as well as the colors for each area.

Preparing the Jobsite
The only thing the customer needs to do is clear out the countertops and push items inside the cabinets to the back. We take care of the rest! From properly covering the countertops, putting drop cloths on the flooring, and uninstalling and properly labeling doors, we make sure we do all the necessary preparation to do a perfect job.

Cleaning and Sanding
Getting rid of undesired grease and dirt from the cabinets is essential for a great painting job. By properly cleaning and sanding the surface, we leave it ready to be primed, which also seals the surface against any undesired agent that may damage the paint job that will follow.

Priming and Painting
We pride in being the only painting company in the area to guarantee two coats of primer and two coats of paint. Once we take down the doors the fisrt day, we prime and paint the exterior framing. The second day we follow the same process, only this time we spray the doors at our shop. That's another level of caring!

Final Installation
Once the doors are dry, usually one or two business days after they were painted, we get them ready for installation. While we install the doors, we make sure to take care of any last minute touch-ups on the framing or doors. We only want happy customers at the end!

Final Walkthrough
At Dambrak, we don’t sell perfection! We believe that the customer is another member of the team as much as the crew. With you, we share a mutual interest of doing a great job. Besides our final walkthrough, we like walking with the customer if possible to ensure everything is perfect.
